Termite Control recently installed the Advance Termite
Bait System at The Bridgewater House Bed and Breakfast. Built in
the 1890’s the new owners Steve & Katherine Mistilis converted
the bed and breakfast from a school house.
The Advance Termite
Bait system was selected by Fortress Termite Control president,
Steve Christensen because of the heavy landscaping surrounding
portions of the perimeter of the building. “A complete liquid
barrier would have been nearly impossible to achieve.” Christensen
said, adding “we have had tremendous success with the Advance
Termite Bait system and with a building with this kind of history I
wanted the best protection available. The Advance Bait system gives
us that protection.”
